## Offer
- Customer submits a URL (up to 10 public pages they own or are authorized to test) and a note on what visitors should be able to do.
- Delivered: owner summary (Pass / Needs fixes / Fail verdict, top 5 issues in plain English) plus developer tickets (steps, expected vs actual, fix), full-page mobile (390x844) and desktop (1366x768) screenshots, and one retest. Covers navigation/broken links, mobile display problems, missing content, console errors and observable load issues.
- Not included: hosting, repairs, unlimited support, calls, security certification, or any promise that every issue is found. Untestable features (logins, forms, payments, email) are marked "not tested".
